Part of your week you're on the desk: converting leads, running tours, closing memberships, and making sure every newmember feels like they belong. The rest of your week you're on the floor: coaching classes, cueing form, and being the energythat makes someone come back tomorrow. The two halves feed each other — you sell the experience more convincinglybecause you're the one delivering it.Earning PotentialHourly wage plus uncapped commission on the sales side — there's no ceiling on what you can earn converting leads intomembers. Coaching pay is on top of that. As the studio grows, so does the opportunity for the right hybrid player to growwith it.Position Type: Part-time, combining set sales/front-desk shifts with flexible coaching shifts — more hours availablefor the right person.

• Sales & front-desk shifts: Sunday 7:45am – 4:15pm & Monday 6:10am – 2:40pm

• Run the full sales cycle: generate and follow up on leads, book tours, and close new memberships
• Deliver studio tours that turn curiosity into commitment

• Get out into the neighborhood — local businesses, residential buildings — and generate leads face-to-faceIn the Studio

• Keep the studio running like clockwork — equipment set up, broken down, and ready to go

• Previous sales experience
• A nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
• Comfortable with outbound calling and striking up conversations with strangers
• Exceptionally personable, positive, and people-focused
• CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtainNice-to-Haves
• F45 certification, or willingness to earn it
• Sales experience in fitness, hospitality, or membership-based business
