Description

Join a growing plaintiff-side litigation team as a Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal supporting high-impact federal class action matters involving consumer protection, automotive defects, and environmental contamination claims. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Litigation Paralegal, Class Action Paralegal, or Trial Paralegal who enjoys managing complex cases and being a key member of the litigation team.

In this role, you'll support a nationally recognized class action practice from case inception through trial preparation. The team offers meaningful attorney interaction, sophisticated federal litigation exposure, and the opportunity to take on increased responsibility as you grow.

Schedule: Hybrid (2-3 days in office per week)

Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 annually, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys throughout all phases of federal class action litigation, including discovery, motion practice, deposition preparation, trial preparation, and electronic court filings.
  • Manage case files, court deadlines, litigation calendars, exhibits, and case materials while ensuring compliance with court orders and scheduling requirements.
  • Draft, format, proofread, and finalize pleadings, briefs, motions, and other litigation documents.
  • Coordinate litigation logistics including depositions, hearings, trial preparation, attorney time entry, and travel and expense reporting.
