Job Summary:
We are seeking a Hybrid Field Technician / Apprentice to assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of various technical systems in the field. The ideal candidate will work under my guidance and learn from senior technicians to learn and develop the necessary skills to perform the job effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of technical systems and equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of technical systems
- Learn to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions under supervision
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Keep accurate records of work performed
- Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and educational opportunities
