We are now interviewing for a full -time, <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Probate/Estate and Trust Litigation Attorney<\/span><\/span> for a dynamic Coral Gables Firm<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Attorney<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Requirements:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

<\/div>
- Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant practice areas<\/span>
<\/div>
-<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Strong<\/span> <\/span><\/span>research and writing skills - draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, contracts<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
- Well -organized and proven ability to meet deadlines <\/span>
<\/div>
- Self -starter and able to work independently<\/span>
<\/div>
- Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up -to -date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals and support staff
<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
- Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings
<\/div>
- Assist clients in determining a proper solution to legal conflicts and determine the best course of action
<\/div>
- Resolve cases efficiently by communicating effectively with and working alongside senior attorneys and paralegals
<\/div>
