We are sharing a specialised full-time opportunity for senior investment banking and M&A professionals with deep transaction experience and the ability to evaluate, structure, and improve advanced AI systems working on complex financial tasks.
This role works closely with AI research and programme teams to improve how advanced models reason about investment banking, transaction analysis, and other professional finance workflows. Selected experts will review finance tasks and model outputs, develop instruction specifications and reference solutions, design challenging benchmarks, and translate senior-level deal judgement into clear evaluation standards.

- Develop criteria distinguishing rigorous finance work from plausible but incomplete analysis
- Refine benchmarks based on model performance and research objectives
- Help improve finance-specific reasoning and evaluation capabilities
Deal Judgement & Professional Standards

- Evaluate strategic rationale, financial implications, risks, and stakeholder considerations
- Assess whether outputs appropriately account for real-world deal execution constraints
