We are seeking an experienced and professional Hybrid Legal Administrative Assistant to join our prestigious law firm. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our managing partners, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving will be greatly valued. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including travel arrangements, calendar management, meeting coordination, project management, and legal research. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work proactively. This is a permanent role, requiring a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in Law firm.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel for attorneys.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including document management, email management, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and edit legal documents, contracts, and reports with high attention to detail.
  • Conduct legal research and ensure legal compliance in all operations.
  • Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Handle office management duties including budget management and project management.
  • Ensure smooth communication within the team and with clients, demonstrating high-level customer service skills.
  • Utilize advanced proficiency in MS Office and 3e and Interaction software to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Assist in decision-making processes and conflict resolution when necessary.
  • Support managing partners in various tasks and projects.
  • Exhibit strong multitasking skills, effectively balancing and prioritizing multiple projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a law firm.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with 3e and Interaction software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Proven experience in legal research, legal document preparation, and contract review.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in proofreading and editing.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Ability to multitask and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in budget management and project management.
