Hybrid Part Time Customer Service Opportunity — Urgently hiring in the Parma area!

Job Title: Part Time Customer Service Representative
Pay: $20/hr 
Hours: Approximately 25 hours a week, weekdays 10 AM - 3:30- PM 
Start Date: ASAP

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful resource for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues are resolved efficiently. You'll work closely with the support team to deliver top-notch service that keeps customers satisfied and builds loyalty.

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
  • Respond to a high volume of customer phone calls and emails while delivering courteous, professional support.
  • Assist customers with order updates, shipment information, and account-related requests.
  • Provide accurate information regarding product availability, delivery schedules, and order tracking.
  • Process return requests, exchanges, order modifications, and resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within the company's CRM platform.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues while providing timely updates to customers.
