Hybrid Part Time Customer Service Opportunity - Urgently hiring in the Parma area!

Job Title: Part Time Customer Service Representative
Pay: $20/hr
Hours: Approximately 25 hoursa week, weekdays 10 AM - 3:30- PM
Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a flexible opportunity to develop your customer service skills? Join a dynamic team in the Parma area as a Part Time Customer Service Representative and make an impact every day. The position will be remote after in person training in office.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful resource for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues are resolved efficiently. You'll work closely with the support team to deliver top-notch service that keeps customers satisfied and builds loyalty.

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
  • Respond to a high volume of customer phone calls and emails while delivering courteous, professional support.
  • Assist customers with order updates, shipment information, and account-related requests.
  • Provide accurate information regarding product availability, delivery schedules, and order tracking.
  • Process return requests, exchanges, order modifications, and resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within the company's CRM platform.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues while providing timely updates to customers.

  • 1-2 experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, friendly and solutions-focused attitude
  • Ability to handle high call volume with professionalism
  • Comfort working with CRM systems, ShipStation, and FedEx tools
