As a Payroll Specialist, you'll handle complex payroll processes ensuring timely and accurate payments for thousands of employees. You’ll work closely with the HR and finance teams to streamline payroll operations and maintain compliance across multiple states.

What You'll Do
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Process payroll for a large, multi-state workforce of more than 8,000 employees, ensuring timely and accurate compensation 
• Execute payroll processing batches and perform system validations to support efficient and error-free payroll cycles.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records by entering and verifying data within the organization's payroll platform.
• Review payroll documentation for accuracy, ensuring all records comply with internal procedures as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
• Investigate and resolve payroll-related questions and discrepancies by partnering with employees and internal departments

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Practical experience using payroll platforms to process employee payroll accurately and efficiently.
• 1-2 of payroll administration experience, including exposure to payroll processing across multiple states.
• Strong attention to accuracy with the organizational skills needed to manage and validate large volumes of payroll information.
• Self-motivated and capable of prioritizing responsibilities while working independently in a remote work environment.
