Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership supervisors and HR teams. Handle associate relations including concerns coaching performance conversations and disciplinary actions. Attend client meetings to review staffing metrics service performance trends and improvement opportunities. Source recruit and staff candidates using job boards databases networking social media and passive sourcing strategies. Client visits once per week or every other week to client facilities located in Peoria Joliet Galesburg Coal Valley Princeville and Hoffman Estates.This is a Full-Time opportunity.The ideal candidate will have Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and relationship building skills. Experience handling employee relations coaching and conflict resolution. Proficiency with basic computer systems MS Office ATS timekeeping tools. Experience recruiting staffing or onsite workforce management experience.
