Top-tier international law firm seeks Hybrid Recruiting Specialist for its Los Angeles office. This position works three days in office and two at home. Firm prefers at least three stable years of experience recruiting for tech, finance or business development type roles for large law firms or professional services industry. Must be able to hit the ground running with leveraging LinkedIn product suite, iCIMS product suite, pre-existing market maps, and other talent pipelining tools and strategies to create talent pipelines for active searches. Specialist will be analyzing and sharing talent market data with Business Services Recruiters and/or Hiring Managers to influence and augment go-to-market strategy. Specialist will also have experience with Boolean search logic and Microsoft Office Suite and should possess a strong ability to source within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Firm prefers a bachelor's degree, preferably, with a focus in Human Resources or Data Analytics. Salary range is $85-105k, depending on experience, qualifications and skills.
