Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist (Federal Contracts)
Hybrid/Remote - Irvine, CA

Job Type: Part-time/Contract-to-hire
Job Description: US Advisors is seeking a Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from developing talent acquisition strategies to recruiting new hires on our Federal contractor engagements.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company's talent acquisition strategy for all new projects
Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees nationwide
Onboard and train new employees
Implement company culture, values, and policies and create SOPs as required
Provide management with requested reports and analytical trends
Coordinate events focused on employee recruitment, retention, and recognition
Accurately maintain employee files and all HR records.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other Talent-related fields at a Federal contracting company providing professional services to agencies like the Department of Homeland Security.
Ability to commute to our locations nationwide on an as-needed basis.
Knowledge of labor and employment laws in California and any other state in the U.S.
Ability to build rapport with all employees.
Strong organizational skills and management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to pass a Federal background investigation for a security clearance.

Benefits: None while the position remains part-time; eligible for benefits if converted to a full-time W2 role!
Pay Range: $40.00-60.00/hr
