No previous insurance experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and support throughout the licensing and onboarding process.

• Meet with prospective clients virtually and/or in person

• Help families find appropriate life insurance solutions

• Manage your own sales pipeline and schedule

• Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training

• Develop toward future leadership opportunities

-Who We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are competitive, coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a performance-based environment.

College students, recent graduates, athletes, and candidates with backgrounds in sales, recruiting, hospitality, customer service, or entrepreneurship are encouraged to apply.

This is a performance-based insurance sales opportunity. Insurance licensing is required before conducting sales.
