Position Details:
Title: SAP GLM / EHS Specialist
Position Type: 10 Month contract with additional opportunity contingent upon performance and continued business need
Job Location: Hybrid, Wilmington, DE 3 days onsite, 2 remote
Shift: 1st Shift

Responsibilities
  • Support Global Label Management and SAP EHS activities within the Supply Chain Data organization.
  • Execute Business Integration Testing (BIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across SAP environments.
  • Generate, validate, and troubleshoot label outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, regulatory teams, IT, and external vendors to support testing and issue resolution.
  • Document test results, defects, and remediation actions in a clear and organized manner.
  • Identify and resolve labeling, system, and data-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Support end-to-end solution delivery, including requirements gathering, design input, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support as needed.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance and traceability standards.
Additional Information
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field is required
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
  • There is a possibility of reduced hours during certain phases of the testing cycle; this will be discussed during the interview process
Qualifications
  • 5–8+ years of hands-on SAP experience, including strong expertise in SAP GLM (Global Label Management) and SAP EHS within production environments
  • Proven experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP GLM solutions, including label generation, WWI, and regulatory content management
  • Strong industry experience in chemicals or other highly regulated environments, with working knowledge of GHS, REACH, SDS authoring, and hazard communication standards
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering and design through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues, data inconsistencies, and label generation errors with minimal supervision
  • Solid understanding of SAP data models and integrations, particularly across EHS, Material Master (MM), and logistics processes (SD/MM)
  • Ability to quickly ramp up in existing environments, assess gaps, and provide practical solutions in fast-paced or ambiguous settings
  • Strong skills in functional documentation, test script creation, and UAT coordination, with a focus on quality and compliance traceability
  • Effective stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to work with business SMEs, regulatory teams, IT, and external vendors across global teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams, for reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder communication
