Job Title: Senior Payroll Specialist
Pay: $75,000 annually
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 
Start Date: ASAP

In this role you'll contribute to the efficiency of payroll operations by resolving payroll issues, supporting process improvements, and delivering timely, accurate payroll that supports a positive employee experience.

What You'll Do
As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Processing payroll accurately and on time using various payroll software platforms
  • Reconciliations and managing payroll-related reports
  • Handling employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
  • Updating and maintaining payroll records and databases.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of payroll experience, including regular use of payroll or HRIS systems to process employee payroll accurately and efficiently- strong prevailing wage and certified payroll experience is required. 
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations with the ability to maintain compliance in day-to-day payroll activities.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach and mentor a team.

Location & Schedule:
