What You'll Do
Responsible to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the psychosocial services for
patients of PrairieCare. The employee provides a comprehensive range of services to patients and their
families, including case management and therapeutic services, and seeks to enhance the functioning of
patients. This position may work with children, adolescents, and adults and serving patients with cooccurring disorders.

What Makes You a Great Fit
Education: Master's degree and licensed or license eligible within 6 months of hire as a mental health
professional in the State of Minnesota. Qualifying licensures include: Licensed Independent Clinical Social
Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
(LPCC) or Licensed Psychologist (LP).
Previous Experience:
healthcare settings preferred
Compensation for this role ranges from $29.25 - $36.18 per hour or annually depending on education and experience.
The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:30a - 5:00p.
