Reports To: Camp Hydaway Director
Mission: To assist TRBC in its mission of changing the world by developing Christ followers who love God and love people.
Job Goal: The job goal of the kitchen director of Camp Hydaway is to maintain an orderly kitchen, maintain food inventory, follow food safety guidelines, manage kitchen staff and volunteers, prepare meals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Organize and manage kitchen
- Order and stock food
- Engage team to accomplish the goal of making meals for 200 people
- Timeliness
- Interact with kiddos in a positive encouraging manner
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Experience, Skills, and Key Attributes)
- 18 years of age or older
- Food Service experience
- Hardworking & Service oriented
- Willingness to get SafeServ Certified or SafeServ Certified
