Responsibilities

• Conduct service calls for both inland and offshore surveys.

• Maintain a high level of communication and service with customers.

• Ensure proper use, management, and return of equipment, consumables, and tools required to complete assigned tasks.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the technician's vehicle and assist in keeping the shop area clean.

• Coordinate with the Hydraulic Service Manager, Division Manager, and Office Coordinator to schedule and complete repair and remanufacturing projects on time.

• Notify the Service Manager when additional support or resources are required to meet repair deadlines.

• Accurately document and submit all parts taken from inventory, and return any unused parts to Inventory Control.

• Complete and turn in all required paperwork and job documentation promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Valid Driver's License.

• TWIC Card required.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the marine service industry.

• Strong practical/mechanical experience with hydraulic systems.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
