YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A HYDRAULIC HOSE ASSEMBLER

You arrive ready to contribute by reviewing orders and requirements, then assembling hydraulic hose assemblies that meet production guidelines and customer specs. You measure precisely, cut cleanly, and crimp fittings accurately, checking work with tape measures and digital calipers and documenting results in inspection paperwork. You monitor quality processes, operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely, and keep your work area neat and clean. As your knowledge of production processes grows, you spot opportunities to help the team, maintain flow, and deliver on time, with other duties as assigned.

YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU:

• Ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds using proper lifting techniques
• Skill using equipment such as saws, crimpers, forklifts, etc
• Computer skills are highly desirable
• Comfort applying basic math skills in production settings
• Ability to use and read tape measures and digital calipers
• You work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• 18 years of age or older is required to operate equipment
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
