Role Description The Hydraulic Inside Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cedar Rapids, IA. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to hydraulic components and services, providing accurate product information, and preparing quotations. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers by phone, email, and in person, identifying parts and solutions, and coordinating with the shop and warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment. The team member will maintain customer records, follow up on leads, and support account growth through proactive communication and exceptional service. This role also involves collaborating with purchasing and service departments to resolve technical questions and ensure customer satisfaction.\n

- Demonstrated Inside Sales experience with a focus on hydraulic or industrial products.

- Ability to perform Lead Generation and follow-up activities to develop and grow customer accounts.

- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction orientation, with a track record of building long-term relationships.

- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for working with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

- Basic mechanical or technical aptitude; familiarity with truck parts, hydraulics, or related systems is beneficial.

- Proficiency with order entry and ERP systems; solid general computer skills.
- \n
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries and orders simultaneously.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical with 3+ years of Inside Sales experience sales training is a plus.
