What you'll do

  • Assemble hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical sub-assemblies and complete systems.
  • Solder copper tubing and integrate basic electrical elements into builds.
  • Calibrate and test finished goods; maintain production and test equipment as assigned.
  • Troubleshoot and correct leaks, flow/pressure issues, and component defects to meet quality standards.
  • Identify and replace broken or faulty parts across hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical assemblies.

What you need to succeed

  • Basic plumbing and HVAC experience.
  • Hands-on hydraulics and pneumatics experience.
  • Proven copper tubing soldering skill.
  • High mechanical aptitude; able to interpret English blueprints/specs.
  • Consistent, on-time attendance for a 6:00 AM start.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
