Hydraulic Technician - $24-32 HOURLY We are hiring an experienced Hydraulic Technician / Equipment Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on hydraulic and mechanical equipment. This is a primarily onshore, outdoor position focused on keeping equipment safe, reliable, and ready for use. The ideal candidate has experience working with hydraulic systems and enjoys hands-on troubleshooting and repairs. Experience with hydraulic pumps, motors, gearboxes, hoses, Doggett, or CAT equipment is a strong plus. What You'll Do
Inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic and mechanical equipment.
Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and identify equipment issues.
Repair and replace hydraulic hoses, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and related components.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment.
Prepare equipment for use and complete equipment inspections.
Test equipment to make sure it is operating properly and safely.
Keep accurate records of equipment repairs, inspections, and maintenance.
Track equipment serial numbers and parts as needed.
Assist with equipment setup, preparation, and organization.
Work with the maintenance and service team to keep equipment in good working condition.
Follow company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
Complete basic daily maintenance and service reports.
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or GED.
Hands-on experience with hydraulic or mechanical equipment.
Experience troubleshooting hydraulic systems.
Experience working with hydraulic pumps, motors, gearboxes, and hoses.
Ability to perform basic mechanical and hydraulic repairs.
Preventive maintenance experience is preferred.
Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical, hands-on work.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented.
Doggett and/or CAT equipment experience is a plus.
