Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Hydro Tester to support the final stage of heat exchanger production in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for performing hydrostatic pressure testing to verify product integrity, identify leaks or defects, and ensure completed assemblies meet quality and safety standards.

The ideal Hydro Tester has manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow precise testing procedures in a production environment.
Required Experience & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous manufacturing or testing experience required
Hydrostatic testing or pressure testing experience preferred
Ability to read gauges, measurements, and testing specifications
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with water pressure systems and testing equipment
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform hydrostatic pressure testing on assembled heat exchangers
Monitor pressure levels to ensure compliance with engineering specifications
Inspect completed units for leaks, defects, or structural concerns
Accurately document test results and report failures or quality issues
Assist with setup and preparation of units prior to testing
Drain, dry, and tag completed units following successful testing
Maintain testing equipment and ensure proper operation
Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and production personnel
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with pressure vessels, heat exchangers, or industrial equipment
Manufacturing quality control or inspection experience
Experience reading technical specifications and production documents
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and work throughout the shift
Ability to lift, move, and position materials and components as needed
Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements
Ability to work around pressurized systems and industrial equipment safely
