Plant Manager of Hydroelectric Operations Needed in British Columbia

We're looking for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee two hydroelectric generating facilities in beautiful British Columbia. 

This is a great opportunity to step into a well-run operation with an experienced team already in place. The role focuses on leadership, operations, maintenance planning, contractor coordination, budgeting, safety, and long-term reliability.

The right candidate should have: 

• Experience managing hydroelectric or power generation facilities
• Previous leadership experience
• Strong operations and maintenance background
• A collaborative leadership style with high integrity
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
