Hire Sync is hiring an experienced Hydromat Machine Operator for a well-established precision manufacturing operation in Euclid, OH. You’ll operate and monitor Hydromat rotary transfer equipment used to produce precision-machined components, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and keeping production running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate Hydromat rotary transfer machines
• Load raw materials and unload completed components
• Monitor machine operation, tooling, coolant, and production processes
• Inspect machined components for dimensional accuracy and visual defects
• Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment
• Make machine adjustments to maintain required tolerances and production rates
• Replace tooling and make minor tooling adjustments as needed
• Monitor tool wear and identify potential machining issues before they impact quality
• Troubleshoot basic machine, tooling, and production issues
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications
• Complete production, inspection, and quality documentation accurately
• Assist with preventative maintenance and routine machine cleaning
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Meet established production, quality, and efficiency goals

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Hydromat machine operating experience strongly preferred
• Rotary transfer, CNC, or similar precision machining experience will also be considered
• Machine setup and tooling experience is a strong plus
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and machining specifications
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic machine and tooling issues
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Willingness to learn additional setup, tooling, and machining processes
• Dependable and safety-conscious

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials and parts
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Comfortable working around industrial machinery, metal chips, cutting fluids, and manufacturing noise
• Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment
