As a Hydromat Operator, you'll play a vital role in the production process. You'll work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure high-quality, precise metal components are produced efficiently and safely.

What You'll Do
As a Hydromat Operator, you will be responsible for:
• Loading and unloading parts
• Starting and stopping jobs, while monitoring cycle consistency
• Performing basic gauging using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to conduct in-process inspections
• Making basic wear offset adjustments with approval to maintain accuracy
• Identifying tool wear, burrs, or other non-conforming conditions and addressing them promptly
• Changing standard tools such as inserts and drills to keep machines running smoothly
• Running multiple machines within a cell for increased efficiency
• Deburring finished products to ensure quality standards are met

What You'll Bring
