If you have machining experience and a strong mechanical background, we'll teach you the rest. You'll work alongside experienced technicians and learn how to set up, troubleshoot, and maintain one of the most advanced high-speed machining systems in manufacturing.
Shift: 3rd Shift - Sunday - Thursday 10-pm - 6:00am but hours could vary MUST train on first shift Pay based on experience with shift premium.

What You'll Do (Phase 1 - Operator) Operate Hydromat rotary transfer machines safely and efficiently Load materials and monitor production Perform quality checks using gauges and measuring equipment Identify mechanical issues and escalate when needed Maintain clean and organized work area Follow all safety and quality standards
What You'll Learn (Technician Training Path) Machine setup and changeovers Tooling adjustments and replacement Mechanical troubleshooting Reading and interpreting blueprints Preventative maintenance practices Optimizing machine performance
You'll gradually take on more technical responsibilities as your skills develop.

Requirements Mechanical aptitude (required) Previous machining experience (CNC, manual machining, tool & die, maintenance, etc.) (required) Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Comfortable working overnight shift Problem-solving mindset Desire to learn a skilled trade and grow long-term
