Premier Systems is growing our hydronics and plumbing division — tackling everything from high-efficiency boilers and radiant in-floor systems to gas lines and custom plumbing projects across the Gallatin Valley. We’re looking for a Hydronics/Boiler Service Technician with plumbing expertise to join our high-performance crew. Licensed plumbers — journeyman preferred — are strongly encouraged to apply. If you want elite projects, top pay, and a team that backs you up, Premier is where you’ll find it.

What It Takes

• 3+ years in HVAC Service or Plumbing with strong hydronics/boiler background.

• Journeyman Plumber License preferred (licensed plumbers strongly encouraged).

• EPA Certification + valid MT driver’s license, clean record.

• Ability to read diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Bonus: ServiceTitan experience, OSHA training, mechanical degree.

• Must be able to lift 75 lbs and follow all safety protocols.
