Are you an experienced equipment operator looking for a unique opportunity? 

We are seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Hydroseeder Operator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience operating heavy equipment, landscaping equipment, or hydroseeding machinery. If you have strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy working outdoors, we'd like to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

In this position, you'll be responsible for operating hydroseeding equipment on residential, commercial, and industrial projects while ensuring quality work, safe operations, and excellent customer service.


Job Responsibilities

  • Safely operate hydroseeding equipment at various job sites.
  • Prepare and mix seed, mulch, fertilizer, tackifier, water, and other materials according to project specifications.
  • Load and unload materials and equipment.
  • Transport hydroseeding equipment and materials to and from job sites using a CDL Class A vehicle.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs as needed.
  • Monitor equipment performance and quickly resolve operational issues in the field.
  • Set up and clean up job sites before and after each project.
  • Follow application rates, mixing formulas, and project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company positively at customer locations.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

  • QualificationsValid CDL Class A License required.
  • Tanker endorsement preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience operating hydroseeding equipment is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with experience operating heavy equipment, landscaping equipment, agricultural equipment, or similar machinery are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
