Hydrostatic Technician

• Day Shift
• Monday – Thursday
• 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Starting at $22.00+ per hour
• Pay is based on experience

• Prepare and secure parts or cylinders for hydrostatic testing according to customer, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Set up hydrostatic testing systems accurately and safely.
• Bolt flanges onto units and fill them with water for pressure testing.
• Perform hydrostatic testing while following quality and safety procedures.
• Produce and verify test charts and required documentation.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1+ years of related manufacturing or hydrostatic testing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of steel properties and manufacturing processes.
• Basic understanding of quality control procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and distinguish part numbers, sizes, and specifications.
• Experience using common hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
