This role operates in a fast-paced, bustling 12-op office supporting 4 to 5 hygienists at a time. The ideal candidate will seamlessly balance clinical hygiene assistance with strict sterilization protocols to ensure smooth, efficient patient care and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesHygiene Support: Assist hygienists with accelerated or assisted hygiene workflows, perform coronal polishing, and apply sealants.Sterilization & Room Turnover: Maintain rigorous infection control standards; efficiently clean, sterilize, and set up hygiene operatories.Clinical Records & Imaging: Complete accurate hygiene notes, capture required digital X-rays, and document dental exams alongside the doctor.QualificationsRequired: Active X-Ray License (non-negotiable).Required: 8-hour Infection Control Certification.Required: Coronal Polish Certification.Preferred: Sealants Certification.Traits: Ability to thrive and maintain a positive attitude in a busy, fast-paced team environment.
