The Role

As a Dental Hygienist at our Starke location, you are a vital clinical partner in delivering outstanding oral healthcare. You will work closely with dentists and support staff to provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care while educating and empowering patients to take ownership of their oral health.

This role is ideal for a licensed hygienist who is clinically confident, patient-focused, and enjoys working in a collaborative, team-centered practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive services

• Assess oral health conditions and document findings accurately

• Take and review dental radiographs in compliance with state regulations

• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment recommendations, and preventive care

• Assist dentists during exams and communicate clinical findings effectively

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and charting

• Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines

• Contribute to a positive, efficient, and patient-centered clinical environment

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida Dental Hygiene License (required)

• CPR/BLS certification (required)

• Dental loupes are required for working on patients

• Previous clinical dental hygiene experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong clinical skills with a gentle, patient-focused approach

• Excellent communication and patient education abilities

• Comfortable with digital charting and dental practice management software

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude
