Role - Hyland OnBase Developer
Location - Dallas, TX(Remote)
The pay range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000 per annum
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Hyland OnBase Developer with a strong background in software development, specifically in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Health Information Management (HIM). The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in developing and implementing OnBase solutions to enhance healthcare operations. This role requires a deep understanding of OnBase functionalities and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement OnBase solutions tailored to meet the needs of healthcare clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging of OnBase applications.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards while developing solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to end users on OnBase functionalities.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
- Stay updated with the latest OnBase features and industry trends to enhance system capabilities.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience with Hyland OnBase, specifically in EHR and HIM environments.
- Strong programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., C#, Java, SQL).
- Experience with OnBase workflow design and implementation.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with integration of OnBase with other healthcare systems.
- Familiarity with cloud based solutions and deployment.
- Knowledge of data migration strategies and best practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Hyland OnBase.
- Relevant certifications in OnBase or related technologies are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
