Role Overview
As a Hyper Wellness Representative, you are the first point of contact for every client who visits or contacts the studio. You will greet guests, answer questions, schedule appointments, manage front desk operations, and ensure every client receives an exceptional experience from arrival through departure.
You will educate clients on Restore's services, guide them through their wellness journey, and help them identify memberships and services that best fit their goals. By combining outstanding hospitality with strong communication and relationship-building skills, you'll help drive client satisfaction, retention, and studio growth.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Experience
- Welcome every client with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all walk-in guests, phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries.
- Deliver an exceptional first impression that reflects Restore's commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Schedule appointments and efficiently manage the daily appointment calendar.
- Check clients in and out while ensuring a smooth, organized experience.
- Maintain an inviting, clean, and professional front desk and reception area.
- Accurately complete client profiles, waivers, documentation, and payment processing.
Client Education & Sales
- Conduct engaging studio tours for prospective clients.
- Educate clients on Restore's therapies, memberships, services, and retail offerings.
- Identify client goals and recommend personalized wellness solutions.
- Confidently present memberships, packages, and service upgrades.
- Follow up with prospective clients, inactive members, and existing clients to strengthen relationships and encourage continued engagement.
- Support studio sales initiatives through referrals, renewals, upgrades, and retail recommendations.
Studio Operations
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Support marketing campaigns, community events, and local partnerships.
- Maintain accurate client records using company systems.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and studio leadership to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Help maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable discussing memberships and recommending services.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred
- Experience working in wellness, fitness, medical aesthetics, hospitality, luxury retail, or healthcare.
- Previous front desk or reception experience.
- CRM, POS, or client management software experience.
- Membership sales or consultative sales experience.
