Location: Irving, TX (Onsite) | Type: Full Time | Pay Rate: $17/hr.

As a Service Valet, you're one of the most important members at Norm Reeves Hyundai / Genesis Irving. You are responsible for creating a great service experience for our guests and ensuring all guest vehicles are handled with excellent care. Your positivity and attention to detail are what keep our guests coming back time after time.

This is an ideal entry-level position for someone eager and motivated to begin a career in the automotive service industry. Norm Reeves believes in continuous education, promoting from within and is seeking those with a true passion for working at a dealership long term.

What You''ll Do:

  • Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude and direct them as needed
  • Manage service drive traffic flow and assist with vehicle check-in
  • Record basic vehicle information and note any existing damage
  • Move, park, and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Keep the service drive clean, organized, and presentable
  • Support service advisors and team members as needed
  • Ensure vehicles are protected, tagged, locked, and ready for pickup
  • Assist with vehicle washes and final quality checks before returning to customers
  • Step in to assist with shuttle driving or other tasks when needed

What You''ll Need:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or related role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks, such as washing and detailing vehicles.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
  • Valid driver''s license and a clean driving record.
