Hyundai Internet Salesperson

Location: Cerritos, CA | Type: Full Time | Starting Salary: $50,000 - $120,000

As an Internet Consultant, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Hyundai. You’re a critical point of contact for our sales department guests and a key player in creating a super purchasing experience. You will build an experience for our guests by offering tailored and genuine service to any customer who inquires online or in-store.

We’re looking for a great listener with an outgoing, guest-service approach to daily responsibilities; someone who exhibits empathy and also enjoys competition. We encourage all candidates with previous dealership Sales success to take advantage of our free, industry-leading sales training program.

What You’ll Do:

• Actively respond to online sales inquiries to help ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential
• Communicate effectively with sales guests through various methods of communication (both online or in-person)
• Proactively learn about all dealership products and services available
• Assist guests in selecting a new/used vehicle
• Understand and accommodate the needs of each guests to bring them in for proper vehicle demonstration and transaction
• Drive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every day

What You’ll Need:

• Full-time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Must have proven track record of Sales experience.
• Strong communication skills with both Norm Reeves staff and guests
• A professional appearance and work ethic
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Ability to work efficiently in both a team-based and independent settings
