Hyundai Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately assess their vehicle service needs.
• Prepare work orders and explain recommended services and repairs clearly to customers.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient vehicle repair.
• Provide updates to customers throughout the service process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service orders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic automotive knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficient with computers and service department software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
