100,000.00 - 115,000.00 benefits Paid Holidays PTO Etc.
Responsibilities:
Reports to the Senior Controls Engineer and work under the Lead Instrumentation Specialist.
Provide maintenance support for the continuous operation of essential instrumentation controls and electrical equipment.
Work with electricians and process control operators to assist and diagnose various instrumentation and control processes.
Commissioning, inspecting, maintaining, and troubleshooting the following:
• Metering and recording instruments • Control devices • Data logging equipment • Display equipment • Communications and telemetry systems • PLCs and HMIs • Qualifications: • Bachelors or Associates degree in programming or related field. • 5 years experience in field commissioning with strong knowledge of the following: • PLC commissioning and startup • SCADA RS View GE Ifix SEMS • Wireless Telemetry Systems • OPCs • SQL • HMIs • MS Office Suite • Read Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) • Read Mechanical Flow Diagrams (MFD) • Process equipment, pumps, compressors, control valves, heat exchangers, generators • Instrumentation calibration and test equipment • Multi meters • Pressure and Temp calibrators
