I&C/Testing Supervisor

Your Day-to-Day: Who You Are: * Directing technicians and all work activities * Ensuring that all work performed by technicians is completed safely, thoroughly and without error following the work packages, drawings, specifications, procedures and standards. * Ensuring that work packages are reviewed and walked down before beginning work. And that the work packages are sufficiently completed and closed out * Ensuring that all personnel are trained and qualified to perform the work assigned * Being the primary contact between management and other work groups related to the work that is being performed * Perform pre job briefs before work start * Manage P6 scheduled work - communicate daily updates Who You Are: As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team: * 5 or more years of experience in supervision or oversight of maintenance personnel or activities * Pervious I&C experience * Previous experience at client's site * Residence is within 50 miles of job location * Be able to pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screen (including medical and recreational marijuana and CBD oil), and employment testing Our Safety Pledge to You: If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
