MAKE AN IMPACT

As an I.T. Service Desk Engineer, youll have the opportunity to:

  • Strengthen your troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
  • Work with both current & cutting-edge technologies, expanding your technical expertise

  • Provide on-site support to the Lutz service teams, ensuring seamless operations
  • Take responsibility for building, repairing, and installing PC and Mac workstations for Lutz clients

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years for an Engineer
  • Strong customer service & problem-solving skills while conversing with clients over the phone and email
  • Ability to provide in-person technical support and service work as needed, ensuring seamless on-site troubleshooting and system maintenance
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with ticket tracking, time entry, and network documentation
  • Diagnose & resolve technical issues following documented SOPs
  • Creative problem solver with self-management skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with:

o Networking equipment (e.g., Firewalls, Access Points)

o Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365

o Windows Server 2016-2025, Office 2013+, Windows 10+

o Citrix, VDI, Remote Desktop Services

o Android/iPhone support, vendor management

o Domain registrar/certificate management

o Physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructure
