QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certification in CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Server+, CompTIA A+ - preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting and repair.
- Advanced knowledge of User Management systems (Active Directory, Google Workspace, Office 365)
- Advanced experience with Email systems (Google Workspace and Office 365)
- Advanced knowledge of Internet services, applications, and networking protocols.
- Experience with advanced network troubleshooting.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and various virtualization software
- Experience with server configuration and administration
- Strong knowledge of Operating Systems and their respective devices (Windows, macOS, ChromeOS and iOS).
- Experience with help desk and inventory systems.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to be a team leader and provide instruction to Level I technicians
- Must be able to lift equipment up to 50lbs and pass a background check.
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Must be able to perform physical work, which requires frequent bending and lifting.
- Independently lift up to 25 lbs. or with assistance over 25 lbs.
- Independently carry up to 25 lbs. or with assistance over 25 lbs.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
- New Jersey residence required within one (1) year from date of hire.
Compensation Rate/Range: $55,000-$75,000
