IAM Administrator / Access Management Analyst (Active Directory)

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for an IAM Administrator / Access Management Analyst (Active Directory) for their Coppell, TX location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Manage user account creation, modification, disablement, and de-provisioning in Active Directory.
• Provision access to applications, file shares, security groups, and distribution lists based on approved requests.
• Support user lifecycle management, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding activities.
• Troubleshoot user access issues and handle requests through ServiceNow following ITIL processes.
• Develop basic scripts and support automation for bulk access management activities.

• Primary Skill: IAM / Active Directory Administration
• Secondary Skill: Exchange Administration & PowerShell Automation
• We are looking for an Access Management Analyst (2–4 years experience) with hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and basic knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange Administration. The role involves managing user access, provisioning/de-provisioning accounts, RBAC administration, and resolving access-related issues. Candidates should have experience with ServiceNow, ITIL processes, and basic PowerShell scripting.
