Your Role

Akkodis is seeking an IAM Architect for a Contract with a client in Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid). The ideal candidate is responsible for designing and governing enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access to systems, applications, and data.

Rate Range: $56/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

IAM Architect Job Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop enterprise IAM architectures that support secure authentication, authorization, identity governance, and Zero Trust security principles.

• Lead the implementation and integration of IAM platforms such as Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, and Ping Identity across enterprise environments.

• Architect and manage identity lifecycle processes, including user provisioning, access management, role-based access controls, and identity federation.

• Establish IAM governance frameworks to support compliance, audit readiness, access certifications, and regulatory requirements.

• Integrate IAM solutions with cloud platforms, on-premises systems, enterprise applications, SIEM tools, and Privileged Access Management solutions.

• Provide technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic direction for IAM initiatives, security enhancements, and cloud identity transformation programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, and enterprise security architecture.

• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, or Ping Identity.

• Deep expertise in SSO, MFA, identity federation (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), Active Directory/LDAP, and cloud IAM security.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $60.00 per hour
