The IAM Channel Integrator is responsible for leading and coordinating strategic and transformational initiatives that support the company's growth and effectiveness within the Independent Aftermarket (IAM). This role serves as a key connector across functional teams, ensuring that strategic initiatives are aligned, effectively executed, and deliver measurable business impact. The IAM Channel Integrator works closely with leadership, product management, purchasing, supply chain, sales, and marketing teams to manage complex projects that improve operational performance, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen the company's competitive position in the automotive aftermarket. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Project Leadership
Lead and manage transformational initiatives that support the company's IAM strategy and long-term growth objectives.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and on schedule.
Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve project challenges.
Cross-Functional Integration
Coordinate efforts across multiple departments including product management, purchasing, supply chain, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
Serve as a central point of coordination to help teams collaborate effectively and maintain project momentum.
Ensure key stakeholders remain informed on progress, risks, and outcomes.
Program Management and Execution
Translate strategic concepts into actionable project plans and operational execution.
