IAM & Governance Business Analyst
Summary
Our client is standing up an enterprise-wide Identity & Access Management (IAM) program spanning IT, HR, and other business units globally. This role will gather and document detailed requirements to help build the IAM solution correctly with secondary involvement in consolidating security control standards across multiple compliance frameworks.
Responsibilities
Gather and document detailed requirements to support the build-out of an enterprise IAM solution.
Drill into role definitions, responsibilities, and access needs across global business units including HR and non-security stakeholders.
Translate business-side conversations (role mapping, job architecture) into requirements the technical IAM Team can use.
Interface regularly with global teams across multiple time zones.
Support secondary work consolidating security control standards across overlapping compliance frameworks.
Requirements
Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with a technical background.
Experience gathering requirements for an IAM or similar large-scale security/infrastructure program.
Strong stakeholder communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfortable with a schedule that occasionally shifts earlier or later for global team coordination.
Collaborative, team-oriented, and coachable.
Tool-agnostic (specific IAM platform experience is not required).
Preferred
Experience supporting a formal IAM program rollout from the ground up.
Familiarity with security/compliance control frameworks.
Broad and general security knowledge beyond IAM.
Product owner experience.
This is a 12-month Contract opportunity with extensions with our Kansas City, MO client.
