Location: Remote (Pacific Time Zone preferred) Duration: 12 months CTG is seeking an experienced IAM Lead Architect to lead enterprise Identity & Access Management transformation initiatives for a global client environment. This hands-on consulting leadership role is responsible for architecting and delivering large-scale IAM solutions with a strong focus on Saviynt, cloud identity security, and enterprise governance. The ideal candidate brings deep IAM architecture expertise, strong delivery leadership, and the ability to build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders while leading global IAM modernization programs. Key Responsibilities: Architect and lead enterprise IAM solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Design and implement Saviynt IGA, PAM, and CIEM solutions for large-scale global deployments. Lead IAM transformation programs including governance, delivery oversight, stakeholder management, and technical leadership. Integrate IAM platforms with HR systems, Active Directory, Entra ID, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications. Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, and business teams to deliver secure and scalable IAM capabilities. Support pre-sales activities, solution design, proposals, and client presentations. Drive IAM governance, compliance alignment, and identity security best practices. Collaborate with vendors and support teams to resolve complex IAM challenges. Evaluate emerging IAM technologies including ITDR and identity analytics. Required Skills & Qualifications: 15+ years of Identity & Access Management experience with strong architecture and delivery expertise. 10+ years of hands-on IAM implementation experience. Extensive experience with Saviynt (IGA, PAM, CIEM). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, and enterprise IAM ecosystems. Proven experience delivering large IAM transformation programs. Expertise with IAM integrations across HR systems, directories, cloud services, and business applications. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with executive-level engagement experience. Experience working with global delivery teams and distributed environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, CISSP, or related certifications. Experience with global IAM deployments. Knowledge of ITDR, identity analytics, and modern identity security trends. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $150,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
