Scripting and Automation : Develop and maintain scripts using C# and PowerShell to automate tasks and improve system efficiency.

IAM Expertise : Over 4 years' experience and In-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management systems and best practices.
MIM Proficiency : Strong experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and its components.
L3 Support : Proven ability to provide L3 support and resolve complex technical issues.
Scripting Languages : Proficiency in C# and PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks.
SQL : Experience with SQL for database management and reporting.
