Title: IAM PAM Program Manager Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 1 year

Job Description:
  • IAM PAM Program Manager Consultant
Role Summary/Purpose:
  • The Privileged Access Management (PAM) Technical Program Management Consultant will drive execution of Client’s PAM delivery roadmap by leading cross-functional planning, coordination, and delivery governance to bring PAM capabilities into production.
  • This consultant role operates at the intersection of cybersecurity, infrastructure engineering, and enterprise change—owning program plans, eliminating delivery blockers, and ensuring on-time outcomes across complex technical workstreams.
  • This role will be heavily focused on Delinea, including Delinea Server Suite and platform capabilities, and will manage production readiness challenges such as non-production validation/testing requirements, environment readiness, and firewall/network access requests.
  • The consultant will also facilitate alignment on Just-in-Time (JIT) provisioning and privileged access patterns integrated with SailPoint and Okta.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the technical program management consultant for Client’s PAM initiatives, driving execution across multiple teams, technical dependencies, and timelines.
  • Drive delivery of Delinea Server Suite and platform capabilities into production, coordinating engineering, infrastructure, and security stakeholders to progress from implementation/testing to production readiness.
  • Manage and resolve program execution challenges and dependencies, including:
  • Spinning up Server Suite into the PAM platform and coordinating sequencing, prerequisites, and cutover readiness.
  • Navigating scenarios where Server Suite implementation was completed by the Unix team, while AD and other stakeholders require additional validation in non-production prior to production deployment.
  • Coordinating and tracking firewall/network access requests and other infrastructure prerequisites required for environment connectivity and integrations.
  • Build and maintain an integrated program plan (often Excel-based) capturing milestones, start/finish dates, dependencies, deliverables, and status across all workstreams.
  • Establish and maintain a RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), driving mitigation plans, escalation paths, and closure.
  • Lead weekly and/or bi-weekly status meetings, publish concise status reporting, and drive action items to completion with clear owners and due dates.
  • Develop and execute a rollout plan and communication plan to ensure stakeholder readiness, training/enablement, and adoption of PAM capabilities.
  • Facilitate technical working sessions with engineering leads and SMEs to define and drive JIT provisioning requirements, decisions, and delivery sequencing.
  • Partner with Delinea and internal stakeholders to clarify the operating model, including gathering vendor guidance on ideal team structure and supporting the creation of a RACI model for delivery and sustainment.
  • Ensure program outcomes align with Client’s security objectives and risk/compliance expectations.
  • Assistance with converting all things PIM to PAM
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; technology or equivalent related field preferred, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology OR in lieu of the Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 6 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • 5 plus years of experience in technical program management / program delivery supporting cybersecurity, IAM/PAM, infrastructure security, or platform engineering initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience driving execution across cross-functional teams (e.g., IAM, AD, Unix, network, platform engineering, GRC), including managing dependencies and delivery risks.
  • Strong understanding of PAM concepts including privileged elevation, vaulting/rotation, privileged session controls, and Just-in-Time (JIT) provisioning approaches.
  • Proven ability to create and manage detailed program plans, schedules, RAID logs, and executive-ready status reporting.
  • Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate technical content for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Desired Characteristics:
  • Hands-on delivery familiarity with Delinea, including Server Suite and enterprise PAM platform rollout patterns and production readiness considerations.
  • Expertise in JIT provisioning and privileged access, including facilitating requirements, policy alignment, and operational readiness across stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating IAM/PAM ecosystem dependencies and integrations, including SailPoint and Okta.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive structured execution using program management artifacts (Excel-based plans, milestone tracking, RAID logs, and recurring governance cadence).
  • Comfortable leading weekly/bi-weekly operating rhythms (status meetings, decision forums, dependency reviews) to drive accountability and outcomes.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and flexibility to change directions quickly.
  • Experience in regulated environments (financial services preferred) with awareness of audit, risk management, and control expectations.
  • Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred.
Pay Range: $62-$63
