Client: FinTech Industry 
Type: Contract through Dec 2026 + extensions
Location: Remote (US) 

Position Summary
Lead the consolidation of enterprise authentication platforms and secrets management technologies following multiple acquisitions.
Responsibilities
  • Assess identity and authentication environments.
  • Consolidate multiple Okta tenants into an enterprise-grade platform.
  • Evaluate and consolidate vault technologies.
  • Develop migration strategies and improve developer secrets management.
  • Design resiliency, backup, change management, and operational standards.
  • Support broader IAM modernization initiatives.
Required Experience
  • 10+ years in IAM or Enterprise Security Architecture.
  • Deep Okta implementation and tenant consolidation experience.
  • Experience with Delinea, CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, 1Password, and/or Vaultwarden.
  • Strong PAM experience.
  • Experience securing CI/CD and developer secrets.
  • Regulated industry experience.
