Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IAM Software Developer III to support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IAM platform governance, identity lifecycle automation, application onboarding, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

The role will involve designing, implementing, integrating, and maintaining IAM solutions across enterprise platforms while collaborating with security, infrastructure, application, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement centralized Identity Provider frameworks using SAML 2.0 and OIDC.

• Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

• Develop and maintain identity lifecycle and access provisioning workflows.

• Onboard and integrate business applications with IAM platforms using REST APIs.

• Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.

• Establish and enforce Separation of Duties (SoD) policies.

• Design and manage access certification and user access review campaigns.

• Implement and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions.

• Perform user access reviews and identity governance activities using SailPoint.

• Integrate enterprise applications with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

• Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives.

• Automate user provisioning, reporting, and IAM processes using PowerShell and Python.

• Provide IAM platform governance, engineering, lifecycle automation, and scripting support.

• Support Directory Services, IAM services, servers, and databases as required.

• Evaluate IAM technologies and recommend improvements to enterprise IAM processes.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and solution designs.

• Collaborate with security and IT teams to maintain consistent IAM standards and practices.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM-related services and integrations.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IAM platform governance, engineering, lifecycle automation, and scripting.

• 8+ years of experience onboarding applications and integrating business applications with IAM systems.

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing RBAC models.

• 5+ years of experience enforcing Separation of Duties and designing access certification campaigns.

• 5+ years of experience managing centralized Identity Providers and configuring SSO/MFA.

• 3+ years of experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

• 3+ years of experience implementing user access reviews using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

• 3+ years of experience integrating applications with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

• 3+ years of experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM).

• 3+ years of experience automating user provisioning and reporting using PowerShell and Python.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with a state government agency.

• Strong understanding of enterprise IAM, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Access Management, and Privileged Access Services.

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

• Location: Austin, Texas 78752

• Work Model: Hybrid onsite and telework

• Standard Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work may be required based on business needs.

• Any required travel must be coordinated and approved in advance
